How to transfer your Miner Reservation order?

Log into your Bitdeer account, at the drop-down menu below your account name list select Miner Reservation, choose the order that you wish to transfer, and click on View: 

Upon entering the Miner Reservation Details page, click on Transfer Order:

Thereafter, a pop-up showing the Order Transfer Application will appear. Key in the Transferee ID, Transfer Quantity, and ensure the check-box for I agree Bitdeer Reservation Transfer Agreement is ticked before clicking on the Next step: 

Choose the preferred Payment Method, fill in the Receiving Details as required and Verification Code accordingly before clicking on Confirm: 

Note: Please bear in mind that if your initial Reservation Order was paid for via USD wiring (T/T), the Order Transfer Payment Method can only be either to the Customer Balance as credit or USD wiring (T/T); if your initial Reservation Order was paid for via Crypto, the Order Transfer Payment Method can only be either to the Customer Balance as credit or Crypto.

After the Order Transfer is made, click on Transfer Order and refer to the Transfer to others tab for more detailed information on the application made:

Note:

1. The transfer order is valid for 7 days. If the transferee does not make payment within this time frame, the order transfer will expire automatically;

2. During the transfer order validity period, you can click on Cancel to cancel the transfer order;

3. During the transfer order validity period, you can click on Edit to amend the Payment Method of the transfer order.
